Wi-Fi thermostat COMPUTHERM Q20RF

The COMPUTHERM Q20RF Wi-Fi room thermostat is recommended for places where accurate measurement and setting of temperature and humidity, switching accuracy, high functionality and programmable control of temperature and humidity are important. The thermostat can be controlled both via smartphone or tablet and via the touch buttons on the display, and its operating status can be monitored continuously.

Main features:

• Portable;
• Remote control via the COMPUTHERM Smart app, as well as via Tuya / SmartLife, Amazon Alexa and Google Home;
• Selectable operating modes: heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification
• Easy daily, weekly or 5+2 day programming. Repeating programmes can be easily copied;
• For each day, in addition to 1 fixed switching time, 10 freely adjustable switching times can be set, and a different temperature and humidity can be set for each switching time;
• Option to switch between programmed and manual modes;
• Temporary manual mode: until the next programme switch, for 1 to 99 hours and for 1 to 99 days;
• Selectable switching sensitivity;
• Option to calibrate the temperature and humidity sensor;
• Switching between °C (Celsius) and °F (Fahrenheit)
• Pump protection function;
• Easy switching between cooling, heating, humidification and dehumidification/drying modes;
• Humidity limit for cooling: using this function, you can set the humidity level above which the thermostat will stop cooling to prevent condensation;
• Large backlit display with touch buttons, adjustable brightness;
• Activatable sound feedback when touching buttons.

The charging socket is located on the back of the thermostat stand. The expected battery life is 100–200 days (3-6 months) on a single charge, depending on the conditions of use. For environmental reasons, the package does not include an adapter or cable. It is compatible with standard smartphone/tablet chargers found in households. Charging the rechargeable batteries with a standard USB adapter takes several hours.

If necessary, the Q20RF Wi-Fi room thermostat can be extended with the COMPUTHERM Q1RX wireless thermostat-controlled socket and/or the COMPUTHERM Q12RF thermostat-controlled motorised actuator for radiator valves. It can also be extended with the COMPUTHERM Q2RF signal repeater if a greater distance and/or passing through reinforced concrete slab(s) is required.

Using several COMPUTHERM room thermostats together with one COMPUTHERM Q4Z or COMPUTHERM Q10Z zone controller allows the thermostats to also control a pump or zone valve, in addition to starting the heater or cooler. This makes it easy to divide the heating/cooling system into zones, so that the heating/cooling of each room can be controlled separately, significantly increasing comfort. In addition, zoning the heating/cooling system will contribute significantly to reducing energy costs, since only those rooms where it is needed will be heated/cooled at any given time.
